Scope and considerations
Can we start without collected data?
Yes. Review controller, communication and access, then define signals and sampling. Additional sensors or interfaces may be required. Begin with a representative equipment group and a verifiable state/history use case.
Is it limited to one sector or machine type?
The platform is not limited to one manufacturing sector or equipment type. Individual connectivity still depends on protocol, controller, version and access. Equipment without an accessible interface needs a separate assessment.
Must we replace MES or existing systems?
It can work alongside existing systems. NAZARE supplies the equipment-data foundation and integrates selected product, order and inspection records. Review accessible APIs, databases, MCP, identifiers and ownership.
Must NAZARE and NAVIS be adopted together?
Start with the required scope: NAZARE for the data foundation, or NAVIS integration when data and tools already exist. Together they connect prepared data, operational knowledge and approved agent workflows.
Are custom models and machine control included?
Development of AI/ML models tailored to your processes and equipment is subject to a separate agreement. When controlling equipment through NAZARE and NAVIS, any required PLC controller work is also agreed separately.
Can solution providers use the platform?
Yes. Companies developing manufacturing solutions such as MES or AI services can use NAZARE. It handles equipment data collection, storage, querying and scaling, so you can focus on your own solutions and services. We agree on data integration, data management for each customer, joint delivery and operational support together. Resale and OEM supply terms are covered by a separate agreement.
Can national or local government support reduce adoption cost?
Yes. National and local government support can reduce your company’s cost of adopting manufacturing AI. Drawing on its experience delivering Korean industrial, SME and local government programs, Ingkle helps identify a program suited to your operational needs and works with you from data infrastructure deployment through AI adoption. Support amounts and company contributions are determined by each program’s call and selection outcome.
