Get started

Choose a product configuration for your needs.

Choose a scope from data collection through operational analysis and AI agents.

The approach

How does it work?

  1. 01 Choose the scope

Choose products by the capabilities needed

  2. 02 Size the deployment

Size capacity and servers for the site

  3. 03 Deployment & support

Make included and additional work clear

  4. 04 Agree on a plan

    An actionable initial deployment plan

Scope and considerations

Review servers and functional scope

The September 2026 model uses one license per server and five tiers: Basic, Standard, Pro, Intelligence and Agentic. Higher tiers include the preceding scope. Review functions and cluster sizing together.

NAZARE and NAVIS can be considered independently or together with existing systems. Final license units, quantities and included capabilities are confirmed in the quotation.

Scope by tier

TierCore scopeStarting point
BasicCollection, storage, queries, APIs, AAS and cluster managementSupply equipment data to existing systems
StandardStatus, trends, timelines, alarms, users and permissionsOperational monitoring
ProSimilarity, heatmaps, downtime, parts, catalog, governance, lineage and ETLAnalysis and data operations
IntelligenceAI reports, inference registry/serving and correlationAI analysis and model operations
AgenticOntology, RCA, conversational analysis, action scenarios, LLM/RAG/MCPAgent-assisted decisions and tasks

This summarizes the model; integration, customization and deployment scope are agreed separately.

What shapes a quotation

Separate software, infrastructure, installation/integration, data preparation and maintenance. Custom ML or new workflow features can be additional scope.

Share equipment counts, tags/rates, retention, analytical views, AI use and deployment constraints. This configuration guide is not a binding quotation.
