Equipment connection management

Load stored signals for a machine and time range. Compare when the valve switched with pressure rise and motor current, then zoom into the event to narrow down possible causes.
Live equipment status
Move from plant status to individual machine signals. Select a machine card to inspect its values and recent trends.
Process signal analysis
Find the start, end and duration of low pressure, overload or waiting conditions to identify intervals that affected production.
Signal heatmap analysis
Compare days and hours by color to spot repeated high-load periods and differences between shifts.
Cycle similarity analysis
When the same machine produces the same product, overlay current cycle signals with signals from earlier cycles that produced conforming parts and compare them in real time.
