Get started
Make the initial scope clear.
Separate product supply, integration, data preparation and operating ownership.
The approach
How does it work?
- 01 Choose the scope
Choose products by the capabilities needed
- 02 Size the deployment
Size capacity and servers for the site
- 03 Deployment & support
Make included and additional work clear
- 04 Agree on a plan
An actionable initial deployment plan

Scope and considerations
Product and project boundaries
Selecting product capabilities is different from connecting every site system. Separate product configuration, equipment access, enterprise integration, knowledge modeling, migration and custom ML. Changes to existing systems or new sensors require coordination with their owners.
Roles to agree
| Role | Review |
|---|---|
| Operations | States, use cases, validation and procedures |
| Equipment/maintenance | Controllers, tags, work windows and history |
| IT/security | Servers, networks, identity, backup and export |
| Ingkle | Product, data and agent scope, validation support |
| System owners | API/DB/MCP access, business data and impact |
This is a discussion template; contractual responsibilities are project-specific.
Write an acceptance-ready scope
Replace “provide AI analysis” with a question, dataset and verifiable output. Use a defined query, a state timeline with agreed rules, or one approved workflow as an acceptance unit.
Record prerequisites such as access, production windows, quality and third-party integrations. Review scope when those conditions change.
Useful preparation materials
Prepare equipment lists, current screens, sample tags and production/inspection data, shareable network context, recurring incidents and owners. Missing information need not prevent consultation; mark it and agree the discovery sequence.
