Applications

Find your industry’s starting point for manufacturing AI.

Semiconductors, displays, automotive, electronics, defense and national research institutes. Combine a shared data foundation with each site’s process knowledge.

Industries & research

Different industries. Shared barriers to manufacturing AI.

From semiconductors and displays to automotive, electronics and defense, every site needs connected production data and a foundation for running AI. Ingkle technology supports these manufacturing sectors and is also used in national research institutes.

Semiconductors

Semiconductors

Why did part quality change under the same settings?

Records to connect
Material and tool history, machining and cleaning conditions, inspection
What it helps investigate
Trace part history to investigate variation and select process checks
Displays

Displays

Where should we investigate a defect found at inspection?

Records to connect
Substrate and product history, process settings, inspection events
What it helps investigate
Connect inspection results to upstream changes to focus investigation
Automotive

Automotive

Which other parts were made under the same conditions?

Records to connect
Part IDs, machining and assembly records, fastening and inspection
What it helps investigate
Trace affected parts and prioritize reinspection or rework

What material or process changes accompanied the rise in defects?

Records to connect
Material lots, process settings, inspection and rework history
What it helps investigate
Compare with normal runs and investigate recurring defect causes
Defense manufacturing

Defense manufacturing

Can we use AI without sending production records outside?

Records to connect
Internal equipment and quality records, access and approval history
What it helps investigate
Operate data and models internally with defined access and execution permissions
National research institutes

How can we validate a research model on manufacturing data?

Records to connect
Experiment settings, raw equipment data, model versions and evaluation
What it helps investigate
Connect experiment and field data for reproducible comparison and joint validation

Research data and AI

Spend less time gathering experiment data. Focus on research.

Connect specialized instruments, test equipment and experiment records. Build a secure environment for large volumes of raw data, comparative analysis and AI research.

Other industries start with the same foundation.

Steel and metals, chemicals and materials, food, batteries and other sectors can also be assessed. Start with the equipment data, production or quality problem, and internal operating conditions.

Scope and considerations

Reuse the foundation. Adapt the process knowledge.

Materials, processes and quality criteria vary by product. NAZARE provides common collection, storage, query and model-operation capabilities. The ontology represents site relationships; NAVIS rules and execution scope are agreed with the operational team. Industry applicability does not mean every machine is pre-integrated or every process-specific model is included.

Start with a specific operational question.

Choose a question: identify parts made under the same conditions, decide when to check a tool, or run a model internally. Define products, equipment, available records and evaluation criteria, then connect the data needed to answer it.

Plan security and expansion from the start.

Keep production data and models on your premises and define access, approvals and records. Reuse validated connections and data definitions for new products and lines. For security-sensitive environments such as defense manufacturing, review the customer’s network and software-admission policies.
